Most efficient way to discover about World Changes?

What would be the most efficient way to discover about all of the ongoing world changes happening in your world? By efficiency I mean a quick and practical daily way to do it in a daily basis.

By using the world board located in the +1, East side, of the adventurer's guild.

You can go there using an adventurer's Stone  in any temple, which you can get for free from any temple NPC.

If you want to come back to the temple from the adventurer's guild, you just  need to go through the tps North of the world board.

The possible messages you can get are:

• Several banks in major coastal towns are being robbed! The thieves are still on the loose!
• A sandstorm travels through Darama, leading to isles full of deadly creatures inside a nightmare. Avoid the northernmost coast! 
• Sharpen your sword! The witch Wyda seems to be bored so pay her a visit! 
• An ice bridge now connects Svargrond to a frosty island, where monsters and a strange frozen creature have been sighted.
• In case you have some spare tentacle pieces, you can now use Devovorga's very essence to enter a boss lair! 
• The river south of the outlaw camp is flooding. A small island there should now be reachable safely. 
• The volcano on Goroma sends his fiery message into the sky. A lot of creatures are flooding the lands together with its lava. 
• A fiery fury gate has opened near one of the major cities somewhere in Tibia. 
• Hail to the King! It's Kingsday in Thais, join the celebration!
• Looks like the Queen's own royal trees are being cut down! The lumberjacks responsible shall be put to justice. 
• Nomads travel the eternal sands of Ankrahmun's desert. There must be a camp somewhere. 
• Not again! Noodles has taken some royal freedom and left the castle, after him in the name of the king! 
• Oriental ships sighted! A trader for exotic creature products may currently be visiting Carlin, Ankrahmun or Liberty Bay. 
• The wild animals north of the Green Claw Swamp clearly dominate the area. But poachers come here to hunt them.

• Strange sounds echo through Trapwood as hunters and dworcs fight over the holy grounds and the game that roams there. 
• A hive infestation has been sighted south-west of Liberty Bay! An unnerving humming and buzzing is filling the air.

Yes that fastest way is this ~ Would also be great just to keep a character there to offline train and check it every now and then.

Regarding Mini World Changes, the official TibiaObserver smartphone app provides an easy way to check today status (first screenshot). Open the app, select "mini world changes", then tap the settings cogwheel, choose a server, and then select all of the events. Finally you can decide between receiving push notifications (just after SS) or "in app notifications" – meaning you open the app manually.

Regarding the actual World Changes, probably the only option is to have a separate character, permanently living next to a guide NPC, with a dedicated action bar arrangement with all the keywords.
