What is the fastest way to bring back the Horses during the Horse Station World Change?

Hi, today the world change Horse Station is available in my server and I want to bring back the horses to the station but the horses always run away of the screen and is like hard to bring them to the station, someone have any clue of What is the fastest way to bring back the Horses during the Horse Station World Change?

In my opinion, the best option will be to arrange the parcels so that the Horses lead to the farm.

In the photo below a small demonstration of how I did it. 

All you have to do is block them as I do on the map below. Of course, this is just an example, you can do it as you like.

I know there is already a good answer to this question but I would like to add another one as an addition. I think this will be the best guide for a knight. If your character is a knight of at least level 20 then you can use the 'challenge' spell. All you have to do is catch up with your horse and cast the spell on it. The horse will follow you. Now, all you have to do is cast a spell every few seconds to keep the horse from running away. Follow your horse to the barn. 

This method is very easy and fun  I was able to challenge 4 horses at once, so it can be a pretty effective method of getting horses to the barn. We would have to do a little research on this topic though.
