Do world changes or mini world changes happen during Tournaments?

Is world changes and mini world changes available to us during Tournaments? I'm not sure if they are or not and if they are it could definitely be used to our advantage during a Tournament.

Yes! They actually do happen! We have Yasir on Endura today.
