closed Is there a way to force Rafzan "become rich"?

We know Rafzan have 2 states, rich and poor Rafzan. I also know that while time passes, he  becomes rich version, but im checking for several days and nothing happens. How can I force him to be rich? Is there a pattern, like 15 days/15 days (example)?

The only way to force him to become rich is doing all tasks I don’t know how much time it’s needed or how many times exactly but you can invite more people to make the task he will get rich faster.
