Which quests do not accept items bought directly from Black Bert instead of collecting it normally through quests?

I found the following passage when browsing at the Black Bert NPC page on TibiaWiki:

"Note that Black Bert should be used as a last resort, not as a quick way through quests. Often, items bought from Bert will not work for the quests they are used in because the NPC checks for quest flags in addition to the item's presence."

Some quests may work apparently with an item bought directly with Black Bert... What are the name of these Quests and which items are we talking about?

To be honest, im this kind of person that always lost items from quest, or stop it in the middle and after some months,

i dont remember where the item is, or where i left the quest...

After adding this NPC i never had problems again, if i miss something, i buy it from this guy and use it with normality on my quest.

Im not sure if this wikia article is right, but i never had this issue before.

Well, your use-case is not in line with the question. You've got the items first, and needed to restart the quest. However, the OP asks for skipping obtaining the items altogether.

As for the items, I can certainly say that you have to speak with the Orc King to be able to use the gemmed lamp in the Djinns quest.
With a knowledge how the quest systems used to work in the ancient times, I suppose it covers at least all the items that you need to obtain from an NPC, and you can obtain them only once. Probably items that update your Quest Log (after getting them) will fit here as well.

What is interesting, you often don't need to have such items with you, as the quest flag is enough. It happens to me a lot, and for instance I have a spare Sarina's vase or some dwarven beards...

One of the quests I know is Shadows of the Yalahar Quest. You need there some items which you can buy directly from Black Bert:

MISSION 2 - Mago Mechanic core  - 13000

MISSION 3 - Elemental crystal  - 8000

MISSION 6 - Golem Blueprint   - 13500

MISSION 7 - Old Power Core - 13000

MISSION 8 -  Stabilizer  - 12500

MISSION 9 - Headache Pill - 350

MISSION 10 - Dark Essence - 17000, 

                        Worm Queen Tooth- 12500

                        Deep Crystal  - 13000

                        Shadow Orb - 12500

                       Animal Fetish- 10000

                      Bloodkiss Flower -  10000

MISSION 12 - Golem Head- 25000

Another quest I know is Secret Service Quest. In the last mission you can buy for 5000 - Technomancer Beard
