Is there any way to increase Strong Ice Wave area of effect?

Since its area is so small i find it very hard and dangerous to hit,  is it possible to increase it with wheel or gems or anything?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. During the test server of the update that implemented the Wheel of Destiny, there was a Conviction Perk that increased the affected area of ​​the Ice Wave, but it ended up being replaced by another.

However, you can increase the base damage and critical extra damage via the Wheel of Destiny/Gem Atelier/Fragment Workshop.
