When casting a party spell, do all players in the party need to be in the spells area of effect for it to work?

Question

All vocations have it's own unique party spell.

1. Let's say if I'm hunting with my team and I cast the spell with no one around me will it work?
2. What if I have a 4 player team and only I and 1 other party member are in the spell's area of effect, will all my party member's have the party spell still?

Answer 1

Party Spells:

•  Enchant Party, the Enchant Party spell will affect an area of 37 squares including the one the Sorcerer is standing on.
•  Heal Party,  the Heal Party spell will affect an area of 37 squares including the one the Druid is standing on.
•  Protect Party, the Protect Party spell will affect an area of 37 squares including the one the Paladin is standing on.
•  Train Party, the Train Party spell will affect an area of 37 squares including the one the Knight is standing on.

1. If all other members of party are not inside of the area of effect, the spell only gonna affect your character.

2. If a member of party is not inside of the area of effect, the spell dont gonna affect this character.
