What is the formula to calculate the damage done by the (new) spell Great Fire Wave?

Question

In November 2020 Cipsoft released the vocation balance, which among other things included a new spell for Sorcerers. Knowing the average or maximum damage of a spell helps in deciding whether it is worth using versus other attacks, so I'd like to know if anyone knows how to calculate the damage for the Great Fire Wave.

     Effect

Shoots an area attack directly in front of the caster, dealing fire damage

    Notes

The sorcerer's equivalent of the druid's Strong Ice Wave. A helpful spell due to its wide area of effect and high damage. It deals more damage than a Great Fireball Rune and approximately the same as Strong Flame Strike

                                           

   

 Damage Formula

After several tests the most accurate formula to calculate the damage from this spell PVE would be:

               Minimum damage  = (0.2*level) + (3*magiclvl) + 18

               Maximum damage = (0.2*level) + (5*magiclvl) + 31

This formula was tested with base magic level, it does not include additional magic level from equipment nor potions and it does not include any critical / fatal hits either. If someone wants to do some further tests I'd love to hear feedback. The more test the merrier.
