What is the best sequence for attack spells during fights with different kind of bosses for Elder Druid?

Question

Everyday a lot of players kill some daily bosses like Grand Master Oberon, King Zelos, arena bosses, every 14 day we can also kill World Devourer,Ferumbras Mortal Shell etc.

What is the best attack spells/runes sequence in case of Elder Druid during fight with:

bosses neutral to the ice attacks,

bosses strong to the ice attacks,

bosses weak to the ice attacks?

By the best I mean chance to deal as high damage as possible.

bosses neutral to the ice attacks: Terra wave - energy/fire/physical strike  - terra wave. 

bosses strong to the ice attacks: Depends on how strong the monster is to ice. Usually I would still keep my normal druid rotation if the monster is as high as 40% strong to ice damage. An alternative is using the same rotation as "bosses neutral to ice attack". 

bosses weak to the ice attacks: Ice wave - terra wave - strong ice strike - terra wave

One thing I don't understand. Why I shouldn't use ice wave in case when boss is neutral to the ice element. :P

Many tibians often use the word "neutral" instead of "immune" when they talk about damage, so that's entirely on me. If the boss you are fighting is neutral to ice damage then you should use the same rotation as you do when you fight bosses weak to ice attacks.
