Are preset mouse controls different from each other regarding efficiency when playing Tibia?

I was tempted on putting a tag here as "opinion based" but I guess that there might be an objective answer for what I am asking here.

We have Regular Controls, Classic Controls and Left Smart Click as options to pick on our settings. However, can we say that there is a difference or practical advantage on any of them for Tibia? I think that they might be quite similar once you get used with them, but I am not sure. Pro players or high levels tend to stick to any specific mouse control on Tibia? Can we say that some of these controls can improve our playing in practice? Or there is no big difference among them?

In my opinion, yes. Many pros use classic controls and gaming keypads. All in all, it's about habits of players. If u used to play 15 years ago u would stick to classic controls.
