How to use quick loot with regular controls?

When selecting classic controls it gives you an option to which combination to use for quick looting. Is the same possible with regular controls? Is there a way to select which combination to use for quick looting (in hotkeys perhaps)? Or is there at least a default I can use?

It is possible to quick loot with all controls. The key combinations differ per setting though:

Regular controls: Shift + right click
Classic controls: you can select the combination on the same window where you select the controls settings (one of: right click, left click or shift + right click)
Smart click: Alt + left click

Other than the three options for the classic controls, you cannot change the key combination for quick looting.
