Do you think that tibia punishment system against the rules violations is good enough?

I can't count how many times I have reported  harassing comments of some players to others, insulting or saying sexist comments; and after my reports nothing have happened to them.

Do you think that the system is hard enough? If not, how should it work?

I believe that this issue is very complex because a punishment can be more satisfying for me than for another character, an example is the war system on pvp servers, many players are deleted through reports that favor an endless guild. However, the system of punishment within the game is and must be essential, as violations of rules must be punished for there to be a certain order within the game, whether or not they are good.

To be honest is at least weird, every time when I report for same reasons like you I get a good answer (1-3 days) and "status processed", but remember in regular cases the punishment is just a notation and conudct level green (If you dont have other problems).



To see real sucks problems, look how much time pass to ban casino bots.

The punishment system in tibia is bad.

A lot of reported people get banned even without breaking the rules and a lot of bots/cheaters or rule breakers nothing happen not even a single warning... I think that they need to look for the player data before banning someone and actually look to what that player is being reported, if someone said something bad to another they need to get some kind of punishment.

Totally agree. Sometimes I even doubt that they check the reports.
What I can't understand what are they waiting for to implement some changes in the punishment system. Nowadays the "bullying" in the net is something serious, and I feel like someday they will regret of turning a blind eye to the situation.

Its hard to process those rules violation since much of them depends on the context.
There are too many dialogues every day between many people and that requieres a lot of people processing all the chats and logs , and thats tons of effort.

In the case that Cipsoft have those people I see nice if them just get 1 warning , like you made a racist joke or something like that then you get 1 month ban , and in the next warning you got deleted.

If you use bot or something like that I see nice that they get insta deleted, cheats break games , so with this 0 tolerance.
 

So answering your question the solution for the sytem is hiring people to control this stuff. People monitorizing chats and people that has been reported to see if they are cheating or breaking any rule. The problem of this , is that this thing will cost much money for Cipsoft, and I dont see Cipsoft hiring people and wasting much money for this thing.
