If I finish the Inquisition quest while premium will I be able to buy the Inquisition blessing when I'm free account?

Yes, you can buy the Blessing of the Inquisition with Henricus in Thais as a Free Account, the only requirement is, of course, to have finished the Inquisition quest.

Quick additional note: You can also start this quest as a Free Account, but you will eventually need to get a Premium Account in order to proceed further on the solution of it.
