How to report people exploiting fast/smart exit while in combat?

Question

Some people are using a "fast exit" (it is a technique where the player will exit his character inside the game in a fast way even if he is with skull/pz locked or almost dead. It is, as far as I know, an intentional disconnection from the game caused by the player) very frequently in an unfair way. How can we report or denounce this tactic? It is a clear game weakness exploit so it must be against Tibia Rules, due to the fact that it was supposed to help players being kicked from the game and dying... Any ideas?

I thought they have deleted anti-kick system due to abusing this feature to smart exit. Do that is still work?

My internet connection was quite poor and kicking me for 2 days straight - I still was able to live while hunting through the anti-kick system so they still have it available.

In my opinion you should send letter to Cipsoft. Inside letter you should explain situation and give more details like character name etc. I can't promise it will work but my friends solved problem with Thais bots on this way.

Hello, to find official information I decided to go to the source via website customer support ticket in Feb 2021: At the moment the company's stance is to grudgingly not do anything about it as it is very difficult to detect on a technical level. So currently it is a kind of "we look the other way, but we reserve the right to punish everyone using it without further warning" kind of situation. You could report them the same way as botters. If you need more information about this report function look at the website's FAQ section I cannot tell you the exact details but disconnects are still a challenge to figure out. As already mentioned we reserve the right to punish everyone without further warning."

Old information I was able to find that apparently is outdated: CM Reply (2015) "No player would be punished for simply quitting his internet connection. There is no way for us to know with 100% certainty whether this happened on purpose or if the connection was lost accidentally. The smart-exit function in tunnel services does the same. It cuts off the connection. There is no difference. For that reason, it is tolerated."
