Can a player get in trouble for breaking any Tibia rule while streaming Tibia, including what you say during a stream?

We have many rules about what you cannot say in-game (like racist messages), and we also have people that stream Tibia, so my question is: If someone, while streaming, says something racist or does something that's against the Tibia rules, can this person be banned or deleted by CipSoft?

If the person get reported in game yes, cipsoft can punish that player but if you report the stream there is no use for cipsoft because they don’t use external things (images, videos and streams) to ban players/accounts
