Most common places in Tibia where war or team/guild battles may occur?

There are many place in Tibia, but usually when it comes to fights between groups of players (which can happen anywhere actually) can we actually elect the most common places to see such thing happening? Apparently some wars get a lot of combat between teams in the city of Thais... But can we say that some places are "traditional" ones for such occurrence? Or there isn't really such thing? Some places are preferred for PvP action between enemy factions due to some valid reason or it is just preference?

I come from Talera, a server that was previously fortera and other servers and I think that has not seen a day of rest, we are in permanent war since I have memory, and always the favorite sites to war are; Thais, Darashia and Port Hope, I can tell you that the site is given by how busy it is (you can find target easily) and by the possibility that you escape successfully after an attack, as you can see, they are open areas, where you could sneak and lose pk.
