What are outside players restrictions when two guilds are in a war on Optional PvP world?

In Optional PvP world, if two guilds are fighting, you can't push them. Are there any other restrictions? Do they have to be attacking each other to not be able to push them (having pz block) or I can't push them in general?

You can't push, heal or pot a player that is in fight. almost the same as if they were in fight in open pvp.

they have to be fighting at the moment to apply these restrictions, as long as they have the pvp frame you can't touch them.
