What are all the exact respawn locations for Demodras?

I would like to know where this boss may spawn on Tibia. I heard about Thais and Plains of Havoc but I am not sure about that... Can anyone tell me the places and conditions where we can find this famous boss? And apparently he can spawn and at the same time, we can kill him on Grizzly Adams task, right?

 Demodras can resspawn in:

• PoH Dragon Lair (here), on the way to the Ornamented Shield Quest

• PoI Dragon Lair (here)

• Darashia Dragon Lair
• The special task teleport is located inside the PoH Dragon Lair, (here)

• You can kill  Demodras  during Killing in the Name of... Quest and kill others  Demodras  in their regular respawns.

• There is no set time when the  Demodras will be spawned, it is all completely random.
• A fact that can be very helpful is that  Demodras is not spawned by a regular spawn timer, it's an unannounced raid.
