Why can't I switch enchanted theurgic amulet by using one hotkey ?

I put enchanted theurgic amulet  on hotkey (the same method like with all rings and other amulets) but I cant unequip my amulet. Why can't I switch enchanted theurgic amulet by using one hotkey ?

In the options, you need mark the ''Smart Mode''.

If you dont mark the '''Smart Mode''.

You need put one button with Amulet Equipped and another with Amulet Unequipped.

To be able to put on and put of amulets with hotkeys and with the action bars, you need to configurate It while wearing (with the amulet shining). 

This  is the only way that you Will be able to activate the "smart Mode" to equipo/unequip.
