Is there a hotkey to clear a chat channel?

Is there a hotkey that I can configure to clear the current active chat channel?

Context: I always leave the World Chat open and I like to read the messages there from time to time. So, when there are a lot of messages, I need to use my mouse to clear the chat (so it is easier to follow a conversation if there are a lot of messages the next time I open the world chat). I would prefer to execute this action (clear the chat) with the keyboard.

Note: I know that you can close the current channel (command + E) and open the channel list (command + O) and press enter to open the world channel, but this solution is not ideal.

No, unfortunately the actions to clear a chat window and to save messages are just availabe with mouse actions

In general hotkeys there are a lot of actions you can configure, but none of them clear the chat window.
