After you have fully unlocked an area on the cyclopedia map, you are provided with a variety of benefits for that area, including a notification for an imminent raid.

However, most information available seems to pertain to only announced raids (as in, the raid will be announced server wide, you just get an earlier notification starting at 1 hour before the raid, and then 15 minutes before the raid), with little to no information about unannounced raids (even to confirm that it doesn't work for unannounced raids).

For instance, the orc raid on Femur Hills is categorized as an unannounced raid. If one were to completely unlock the Kazordoon area, would you be notified of this raid? This is in contrast to announced raids that have unannounced portions such as the Lesser Undead Raid on Ghostlands:

  1. 00:00: There is a slight uneven energy in the ghostlands west of Carlin. Something is going to happen soon.
  2. 00:03: Skeletons appeared in the ghostlands. Something is wrong there!
  3. 00:05: Now the ghostlands are full of ghouls! Seems like there is a massive outburst of negative energy there!
  4. 00:10: (unannounced Ghost raid)
  5. 00:12: (unannounced Demon Skeleton raid)

No, the orc raid of Fermor Hills is not announced, and will not change when you fully discover that place. This raid is very hunted by the players since it has a wonderful drop with some luck. In some servers the raid occurred only '2' times in which it was possible to register, one of these is Gentebra.
