Hello! During the Measuring Tibia quest you have to discover a city and their sub-areas. I discovered some cities to get my outfit.  Sometimes on my Cyclopedia map, it shows me active raid with the location but when I go to the raid where it tells me on the map it's empty, no dead corpses, no monsters.  Can anyone tell me how this works? Does it show the exact spot when the raid is about to be, does it only show the city where the raid will appear, I'm not sure why the raid wasn't there when I got there can you please explain, thanks in advance.

The first message occurs an hour before the raid and only shows in which city it will be. After some time, it will remind you of the raid and will appear in where. For example :

If there is any raid, a yellow frame is immediately displayed

Even if the raid was 30 minutes before you logged in.

When the message appeared on Vandura :

After some time, another information about the raid and it was a Morgaroth .

After an equal hour from the first information about the raid, the following message appeared:

"The ancient volcano on Goroma slowly becomes active once again."

So is only a prediction on where will be the city where the announced raid will be.
I thought it showed a prediction with a message of the exactly raid that was going to appear :(

Unfortunately no, the message will not appear until an hour after the raid information.
