If a writable ingame item violates a rule, what happens to the item?

Question

Tibia.com states that illegal ingame texts (e.g. letters, blackboards etc.) can be reported directly to customer support. If CIP finds that the text violates Tibia Rules, what happens to the item?

For example, if the illegal text is on a letter, is the letter deleted or is only the text erased?

I had some letters in my depot that I reported and they were deleted entirely. Unfortunately, I dont have any concrete proof from cipsoft that this will always happen, but in my case it did.

UPDATE- Had a hack link sent to my mail and reported the letter, this is now what remains after reporting it and cip processing report.
