How to gain experience without even leaving a PZ?

This question is more a thought experiment out of curiosity rather than something actually useful...

Imagine a hypothetical situation (that kind of happened for a while on Zuna (experimental hardcore PvP) in between the recent server resets): at all the temples a bunch of high-lvls are  24/7 single-shooting low levels once they take a step out of PZ. Basically non-PZ is lava for you. Or someone is extremely paranoid...
How do you level up (from scratch)? Gold coins are not limited (can come from TC).

What are all the options to gain experience while staying in PZ? Are there any market-tradeable items, that give experience after using them? I know only about the Stone of Insight and Midnight Shards. These, however, require a risky walk through the city. 

This what I figured out so far:

You start up on Dawnport and level up just before advancing to 8th level (because then you can be attacked).
Then you move to Rookgaard and then the Isle of Destiny to level up until 9. Then you can choose Venore and ask (from PZ) the guide to be escorted to the depot. But... if you can somehow appear in any temple, then you can ask Charos to switch the teleports to Darashia. Darashian depot and temple are inside a single PZ zone! Now you can help Eclesius and make a whooping 900 exp daily! (But everything apart from the broom must be bought on the market).

What are the other options? Can you share exp in a party?

Hypothetically speaking (Coming from an long Term optional player), you would either need a willing partner who could help you within the PZ, OR being INVITED to a party where they COULD do Hardcore Pvp outside while you do some minimum damage in the outskirts while staying somewhat near a PZ area. Remember EXP doesn't  mean good playability. Unless you are trying to bring up a Low level into a Higher one in matter of days. The thing is, for that you would need Higher ones being in partnert ship with you.

Besides, I won't think being paranoid would be an issue unless you were Hunted by some Guild. That's how being outside of the PZ is Lava for real. Some ppl bring the Exiva to a whole new level :)
