Hello Friend, thats a weird question, 

all depens on luck,

How many times can you win lottery in a row? 

If your for example have Tier 1 // 0,50%

Every time you atack u have 0,5% to trigger this Fatal 

Then if you are lucky, you can trigger Fatal 10 times in a Row (0.0009% that this happens) 

In Conclusion, all this numbers its only about luck, u can get 10 fatals in a row (with super low % that this happens)
Or u can be hunting 2h without a single fatal!
