What are the slot that need be filled in the Skill Wheel to active the Gem on each vocation?

Hey! I marked the wheel below with red circles for slots that need to to be filled in order to obtain the mods from the gems. 

I don't have any gems placed in the vessel below so circles below are hollow however once you place the gem, they will be filled in the image of the mod. 

In order to gain the perk, you need to assign points to the slot AND place a gem into the vessel under the "Gem Atelier" tab. 

Every vocation has different mods/perks however the locations of the slots that need to be filled will be the same across all vocations. Meaning the red circles below will be in the same location your the wheel regardless of your vocation.
