Is it true that gems in the Gem Atelier can have mitigation percentage?

A friend told me that gems could have mitigations up to 5% but i don't know if its true, he said he saw it in the test server, but test and real are two different things, so my question is, can they have mitigation, how much % can have and which ones, can lesser, medium and greater have mitigation?

And yes, there is a 5% Mitigation Multiplier mod. And you can get this mod on all types of gems.

"5% Mitigation Multiplier" is one of the basic bonuses which you can get with any gems according to the list provided during the Test Server (which has been added to TibiaWiki as well)

I can't confirm whether it has been removed when the new version was deployed to live servers or not, however.
