What is the problem with the F1 Hotkey?

I have a problem with the F1 key. when you assign a spell to it, it doesn't work. I don't know why I have it written under F1 - 0. I don't have anything set in Logitech Hub. The same goes for other games. Can someone help me?

Had to make an edit. I believe that you must check about which set of hotkey you are editing: There is a set for Chat On and Chat Off. Take notice about that and take screenshots about your issue in order to facilitate an answer.

If u have problem in tibia and in other games, its maybe your f1 buttons its broken?

It seems easy solution but i had this problem in the past and i didnt notice about my mana potion was clickin only time to time.

If was using f1 for exura vita or potion maybe this is the problem.

Can u pls check it and tell us if its working?
