Sometimes clothing, mount and colors can help us in the middle of the hunt in various ways, even more hunting for party, putting colors in prominence not to get lost in the midst of spells and the animals themselves, as well as fooling enemies putting on the same clothes of animals, but there is also a whole ritual of luck to "drop" more loot.

It depends of the colours you like, because you can change the colours of Outfit but not on Mounts. Give the colours you like and we can help better.

I upvoted this question to remove the -1 vote someone had given. I think its a good question, because when the spells are flying and the numbers are popping over your character things can get lost

This question isn't considered opinion-based?

I flagged but it was removed but I just don't see how we can tell someone what color/mount/outfit is best when ultimately there is no right answer

I just posted my point of view. But let's wait Ellotris decide.

Hey all. Please note that this question isn't about which outfit/mount combination is the best looking. It's asking what's the best outfit/mount combination used for hunting so that your character remains best visible on the screen during massive spell casting and a combination that will allow one to hide better/fool enemies when needed.

I really like wearing dark clothes and light-colored mounts, to get a contrast.

  • If we look at the hunting location chart together with monsters, we can select a type of clothing for the player not to get lost in the environment. For example "Ferumbras" if you put on an all white outfit your doll will stand out. Of course, this would serve to camouflage or make the character more visible.
  • However, the player is free to select any type of color and mount as he likes, whether hunting or not.

The answer is and always will be -the colours which contrast places or creatures. Why? As an example if you are Druid, you have to all the time monitor life of your knight, your own life and mana, many times rings necklaces for swaps etc. More to it- you have to attack with waives etc. It is many things simultaneously occurring- druid will not have time for looking for you everywhere when something goes wrong ( Considering fact that you played with this person before and you know spots for a kill) or when you learning knights way of hunting. It also works for the knight and other vacations same way.

Best example will be Court of Winter. The roof which is like a “Fog” in some places is is beyond annoying and limits your seeing of what is going on. If you are wearing blue colours, you just look like another mob. Same goes for Summer court. Wearing red & yellow colours is not helping at all to anyone.

Every single colour got its own beauty- you can choose any of it and with right matching shades will look cool and amazing. However, always remember to be also practical about it.

Hello!

I believe this question could be considerer - Opinion Based - so based on that point the best outfit / combination will always be up to you.

However, for me, I prefer to use the most clean outfit possible. I even don't use mounts because for me sometimes it could be a lot of spam on my screen. With clean outfit IMO is much better to avoid be stunned for any situation that could happens in random moments. ATM, my top Outfit for hunts are:

  • Hand of the Inquisition Outfits (Full)
  • Assassin   (Full)
  • Citizen  (Only Outfit without addons)

Sometimes on PVP situations I usually use dark colors, to cover myself among the people on my screen, or Utana Vid that helps a lot to cover up too.

However sometimes is otherwise and you need to highlight yourself to don't confuse with the monsters on the screen. In this situation I recommend you to use colors that stand out / contrast with the place where you are hunting.

But as I said this will be up to you.
