I wonder what the meaning of this boss is? Is there anything valuable or a reason worth enough other than bosstiary to do this over and over? And since the boss appear to drop everything a witch does I wonder if its the same for rares such as Witch Hat and Stuffed Toad.

Since we don't really have access to boss loot in our bosstiaries I don't think we'd know before someone will loot one of these.

Recently, Bosst of TibiaBosses found out that there might be more than just a boss to it so I recommend you checking up the article of his on said site.
Ekatrix is really annoying boss to do, because it takes a while to earn an access to her room thus not many people are doing her.
As for the loot, for example The Welter drops pretty much the same items as Hydras so there's always possibility that Ekatrix drops Stuffed Toad.

Unfortunately tibiawiki's sample size is too low to to accurately see if one is possible to drop. With 43 kills and even as high as 1% drop chance it is still only 35% chance to see one drop from a sample so small.

I looted a piggy bank from Ekatrix which is not shown on tibiawikia as a possible loot, so i think its very possible it can drop stuffed toad

Thanks for the kind words about my article. :) As to the question's point, I totally believe the stuffed toad is an Ekatrix loot. As I wrote in the article, the research is still going on and I'm sure someone will eventually confirm it.
@K3nos
That's very interesting, do you have a screenshot by any chance? Piggy bank is not only not listed on wikis, but also nowhere throughout the web (I've performed some deep searches).

Amazing stuff, thank you. It's been 7 years since the Ekatrix implementation so this is a really exceptional achievement.
