How often does Thawing mini world change occur?

So, I have been sniping this Mini World Change for past 60 days, and nothing. I wonder if there are only selected months in which it may occur. Do you have any info?

i would say is totally random, in these 2 last months in seanera we have seen at least 4 times the thawing MWC, then sometimes happens as with you that in months we don't see it at all.

I can say that many of them are rare and when they happen, I can't keep track of the time when the MWC is active, in my case I'm looking for the bank stolen for months on my server and I can't find it active.

Therefore statistics have been gathered which can be seen below. This is a working project since more statistics need to be added to get accurate data. I don't know if there are any sites that we can observe the day a mini word change was activated and its probabilities. I believe that events are random.
