How long does it take a Harvested Ice Flower to change back into an Ice Flower?

During the Thawing mini-world change you can use Ice Flowers and they'll turn into Harvested Ice Flowers. How long do you have to wait for the Harvested Ice Flower to change back into an Ice Flower? I've heard different things like 1-8 hours and I want to know the exact amount of time I have to wait, thanks.

I harvested some today and returned exactly 4H later and they were not grown. Waited for like 15 min and they didn’t grow back so probably it takes more than 4 hours or there could be other factor affecting the growth

You need to wait 4 hours to Ice Flower appear again, I did this mini world change some times so I can assure you that.

Also, you can earn an achievement when you harvest 10 Ice Flower Seeds
