How long does Thawing Mini World Change last and how Server Save and Reset Floor affect Ice Flowers?

I waited quite a long time for this MWC because about a month. When it finally appeared on my server I encountered strange difficulties.



I don't think anyone got ahead of me, you can see that the world board message is still active on my screenshot.
Yesterday MWC was also active and after picking flowers I logged in after 3h and waited for another 2h however the flowers never grew back.

It seems to me that some of the information is wrong and I am trying to find the truth about this MWC.

The MWC Thawing is daily and there is no correct period to happen.

In my experience, the flowers will always be grown when the server comes back online and the MWC is active, but after using them the respawn time is random.
