How to hunt Nagas Warriors, Nagas Archers and Makaras?

There is a very interesting hunting place, how to get there, through whirlpool, stairs, portal or other means? Is there a quest to access this location?

The only requirement to access that hunting ground (called temple of the moon goddess) so far has been to complete "of feathers and flowers" mission from Within Tides quest in order to get access to Marapur, this hunting ground have at least 2 access located here
 

The northest one is a ramp* and the southern one is a whirlpool both located on fading isles and lead you below to separed parts of the same hunting ground, also inside there are several other stairs and whirlpools which follow the same logic transporting you through the different floors of the place.
