What happens with the training dummies and other store items bought on Regular Tournament Worlds once Tournaments are discontinued?

Due to the Sunset of Tournaments, this question is outdated.

We keep such items on tournaments. They are bounded with our characters no matter if it was bought on other tournaments. But I want to know that will happen once the tournaments are gone, as it was announced by Cipsoft.  What will happen with our character store items that used to be kept from each tournament?

I cannot find information on the FAQ on what happens to Store items when the Tournament ends for good so I asked on the official boards and received this official reply:

We will decide on this after the last Tournament has taken place.

I will edit my post when the last Tournament takes place and they announce an answer. I think the best option would be to give players a refund but this hasn't been confirmed yet!
