For mounts and outfits purchased with Tournament coins in the last 14 days, you're allowed only to get a refund but only once! For all other services or if the mounts or outfits were purchased more than 14 days ago, no refunds will be issued!
To get a refund- please log in to your Tibia account on the website, contact support, and tell Cipsoft which outfit or mount you like to have refunded. Keep in mind house decorations and furniture are only for the character who owns the house so double check which characters your on before purchasing. Please note you can put items from your store inbox into your depot but these items cannot be traded with other players or placed into your backpack. Also, a fun fact all Tournament outfits and mounts are applied to all characters on the account once purchased.
