Where can I get a vial of mud?

I can not find a place to get the vial with mud, in the tibiawiki it says that it is in the caves but I can not find

So, It is exactly the way how Tibiawiki says.

In the order to get Vial of Mud You will have to use Empty Vial on the  Muddy Floor Tile. It will work on the "darker", cracked tiles. 

Example- North from Edron- on the way to the Undead Cave where Sir Valorcrest spawns. (water splashed on the floor as I was testing something)
