Where I can get "You see a wall candle."?

While I was chilling in Liberty Bay, I have seen weird lamp at wall in depot. I looked on Tibiopedia but I couldn't find any informations about this item. Does anyone know where I can get it?

It's a pretty new lamp, which you can get in very city (It doesn't work for Hirelings). There is not only this lamp, but they added few new lamps from Furniture Shopkeeper NPCs.
