How to claim my tournament reward?

So I participated in the last tournament, there already was a question about this already but since I couldnt find the tournament chart in the game window anymore, here's the question

Where do I redeem the award? I checked everywhere but I really couldnt find anything helpful

I just realised something- if you speaking about recent event, the rewards might not be available yet (perhaps they need to some investigations). Just a thought.

Not sure about that, good point though - however why does it show ingame that it remains unredeemed

You can always got to Tournament Archive. https://www.tibia.com/community/?subtopic=tournament   - Use "Leaderboards" and choose the World and type of Tournament were your were playing to see the results, if that's what you would like to check. 

For the rewards instructions I have found following

Subsequent characters have moved up in ranks. Tibia Coin and Tournament Coin rewards for TRIUMPH have been assigned automatically. To redeem special and unique rewards, log in with the regular character on which you want to receive the reward and open the character section in the Tournament interface to claim it. At the next server start, the reward will be sent to the inbox of that character.
