What happens to an item with illegal text after it's been reported?

I have a goblet with an insult on it. If I report it and it gets processed and confirmed that it's an illegal in-game text will the item become deleted or erased?

The items will not be erased, nor destroyed (it wouldn’t be even possible with the blackboards), only the “reported text” will be deleted. 

What exactly happens to the letter after it’s been reported?? 

Will the player keep them or will it be destroyed??


Also if you wrote a book with an insult two years ago which was the last time will you be punish for 160 days even tho 600 days already passed??

If the content is deemed rule-violating, the content of the letter will be erased, but the letter itself will not be destroyed.

Regarding older texts: As Mirade already mentioned, customer support will take a look at these reports as well and decide on potential further actions.

You will be able to write on the item again as the text will be erased and you can keep the item.
