A friend of mine sent an sexual content link in the advertising channel. Do you know what kind of punishment CIP applies?

As the title says, he was suposed to send to a friend and sent in the advertising channel by mistake. Now he is afraid that his account will get deleted, etc. Do you know what kind of punishment cipsoft applies in this case?

If he don't get any trouble on his account (Like recently notations, Conduct Level red/black) he can get a notation. So need login in Tibia and accept it, he gonna receive a orange color (Conduct level). And just it.

BUT probably if the sexual is something more... hard/bad/illegal like pedop... can be deleted.

I never heard of someone getting deleted just due to something they said. Such thing could be highly abused by hackers, that's why I believe the Customer Support does not apply the ultimate punishment on statement reports.

I know a case where a player shared nudes from a girl who play Tibia (Sexual content link), and the punishment was deletion. Not just the regular punishment for a sexual content link (I mean they can review a case as individual and not follow the regular ways/rules). The hacker excuse don't work with Cipsoft (That's one of the reason who they dont support the shared account, to avoid people using the excuse of another one use his account to do X or say Y).

Well, If someone would put an official report to the police and the case would be in court- Cipsoft will have to delete (after gathering the data I guess) or at least suspend the account.
It would work same or similar way if someone would breach your privacy by disclosing your address without your permission (which could end up with extreme stalking etc)
Even "jokes" like terrorist threats, murdering threats are usually not actioned, until there is some effect in real life.
It is really case by case basis- it can go extreme or unnoticed.
