Why can't I start the Tower Defense Quest?

Question

I'm trying to start Tower Defense Quest but the NPC Bunny Bonecrusher isn't letting me start.

After I address her "hail general" I say "mission" but she only answers "01:55 Bunny Bonecrusher: Yeah. Entrusting a male with an important quest. Get serious!"

What am I doing wrong?

Make sure to always check your questlog while having such problems. This quest is located on Tibia Tales in your questlog!

I had a similar problem and in the end, I discovered that I did part of the quest several years ago and forgot (probably in 2011 or 2012):
