Has it been removed? I have grinded rotworms for about 20lvls. Both rotworms and carrionworms. Haven't looted any at all.

They are no longer available from rotworms and haven't been since Christmas Update back in 2009. You can still get them though.

1 Quest in Dawnport with Legion Helmet as a reward: Sanctuary of the Lizard Guard Quest

2 Bosses in Main that drops Legion Helmet: Rottie the Rotworm & Rotworm Queen

There might also be Legion Helmets in the market in main.
