some bosses within tibia can use this magic like ferumbras and gaz'haragoth, in edron's school this may be the answer

No, there is no known way to get this spell in this game. Realistically this means there is no way to get this spell in the game. The monsters that have it are incredibly powerful and CIP have never even hinted at adding it. Its simply too powerful
