How do I get the death strike spell as a free player?

So I played this game for a little while back in the 2000s but never got very far with the game. Recently I decided to get back into the game and am currently a level 14 mage. I was looking at some spells I could get and found the Death Strike Spell which I plan to get when I reach level 16. I see it is available for free players which is nice but when I looked at where to find it, all of the places listed were only accessible to premium players as far as I am aware except for Dawnport which you can't go back to. So is there a place where I can get this spell as a free player on the mainland, or do I need to buy premium so I can travel somewhere to get it?

Edit: NVM I see Yalahar is accessible to free players and you can get the spell from Tamoril there.

You can go to Yalahar bow as a free account player now, so just need to do the access quest in npc near kazz to go there and buy the spell
