What punishments can be dealt to you due to something you said?

When someone reports a statement, there is many things that the person can choose what is most related to what is being reported. So if CipSoft see that the statement break Tibia rules, what punishments the person can receive? Is there any difference between things (for example, someone who said something racist will be punished equal as someone who's trying to sell items by real life money)?

At Tibia Rules in the officcial website they do not specify a punishment for each statment, what we have there is:

Violating or attempting to violate the Tibia Rules may lead to a temporary suspension of characters and accounts. In severe cases the removal or modification of character skills, attributes and belongings, as well as the permanent removal of characters and accounts without any compensation may be considered. The sanction is based on the seriousness of the rule violation and the previous record of the player. It is determined at the sole discretion of CipSoft and can be imposed without any previous warning.

These rules may be changed at any time. All changes will be announced on the official website.

So we can understand that the punishment will be more severe according to the seriousness of the infraction committed by the player, being at the criterion of Cipsoft.

As far as i know offensive statements will get you a minor warning on the otherhand things like saying that you bot or trade money for things in real life will get you a harder punishment people who get hacked or someone else gets their hand into their recovery key use this so they get banned for 30 days in so they can order a new recovery key and arrive
