If you transfer a house to someone who accepts the transfer, are you allowed to change your mind and cancel the transfer?

Let's say you decide to sell your house and then the player who you're selling it to accepts the transfer and they meet all criteria for the transfer. But then you changed your mind because you want to keep your house, are you allowed to cancel the transfer somehow or you cannot go back on your word after this point?

As far I know if the buyer accept, you cannot reverse the sell of the house. If the buyer dont accept, you can cancel the offer to sell.
