What happens if you transfer a house to a date that's in the past?

When transferring my house inside the tibia client I noticed you can "move out" on dates that are in the past so I wonder what happens when you pick a past date (Didn't want to try and losing my house :D ).

It won't let you luckily it tells you to pick a date in the future.

Moving out ingame:

• If you have rented a house and you want to get rid of it quickly, you can move out anytime. Simply view the house in the Cyclopedia and click on the button "Move Out". A dialog will open up where the owner can select the move date. Note that the move date must be 1-30 days in the future. Confirm the dialog by clicking on the button "Move Out". The process will be completed upon the server save of the selected day.
  Once you have moved out, you are free to bid for new houses. Moreover, any items left in your old house will be moved automatically to your depot's inbox.
• Moving out using the website:
