Hello!

That hole at Oramond West is a cave with  Hydras and Bog Raiders, this place is part of the Oramond Quest to do the mission The Powder of the Stars, where your mission is find 15 pollens of the Peppermoon Bells, they way to get it, is simply using the Peppermoon Bells, and it will give you a Blue Pollen.
