Where exactly do the Pirate Bosses from the Liberty Bay Pirate Boss Raid spawn?

Just wondering if anyone could tell me where the Pirate Bosses spawn during this Raid. I understand they don't always appear and I understand the general location that this raid happens, but was wondering if it was random or if they appear in one area each time?

I will be also following this. I know that one of the bosses spawns east from depot, one next to the stairs from boats and one south from Marbe Lane 1. I'm not sure which spawns where tho. Good question!

Lethal Lissy

Throughout the city of Liberty Bay. To the northwest of the city will appear the boss Lethal Lissy. 

Deadeye Devious

Next to the Depot, the boss Deadeye Devious

Brutus Bloodbeard

Next to the ladder that leads to the boat, the boss Brutus Bloodbeard will appear. 

Ron The Ripper

At Liberty Bay Fort, boss Ron The Ripper will appear
